100% Aligoté doré. Musts are cold-soaked between 24-36 hours. Foudre fermentation. Temperature of 20-22 degrees Celsius is this wine’s only form of intervention during the fermentation process. Lees are stirred only to counteract reduction.

This Bouzeron is very aromatic, bright, and fruit-forward. Its roundness and texture are plush yet balanced by cool acidity. Versatile with food and best drank young but can age for up to 10 years.
