Join us Wednesday, March 19 at 6 PM for our next wine class, Dessert Wines and Chocolate!
This class will be lead by our very own Chef Paul Kulik. We will taste and discuss the topic of dessert wines. How they are made, how they differ, the history of, etc.
Each wine will be paired with a chocolate from Chocolate Abeille, a local artisanal chocolate maker based in Bellevue, NE.
We will taste four wines paired with chocolate confections tailored for each wine;
Patrick Bottex "La Cueille" Bugey Cerdon NV
Broadbent Madeira Rainwater Medium Dry
Quinta do Infantado Tawny Port NV
Chateau Simon Sauternes 2020
This class costs $35 and will be held from 6pm - 7:30 pm. We suggest making reservations at Le Bouillon for before or after the class if you are interested. Wine will be available for purchase after the class. If there are any dietary restrictions let us know before the class and we will accommodate.
