For more than 130 years, the Turgy family has grown Chardonnay grapes on these chalky soils, and because of this, they can certainly claim to be more than acquainted with the true soul and substance of Mesnil.

100% hand-harvested Chardonnay from various parcels in and around Le Mesnil Sur Oger. Pressed in an ancient upright wooden press and fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks. 3g/L dosage and aged for 3 years in bottle.
