Maison Leroy Bourgogne 2017

The Chardonnay used in the Bourgogne Blanc was sourced from parcels in Auxey-Duresses and Puligny-Montrachet. Soils here are limestone and clay. While the Pinot Noir’s harvest location is undisclosed, Madame Lalou’s selective standards ensure utmost quality and presumably similar soil types, typical of Burgundian terroir. Both were sustainably farmed in line with the Domaine’s dedication to strict biodynamics. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel followed by neutral French oak aging for both cuvees.
